We are seeking dedicated Caregivers (Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)) to join our team at Brookside Senior Living in Montevideo, MN. As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and supportive services to residents to maintain their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Administer medications and treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and physical and emotional well-being.
  • Document services performed on our computerized charting system.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Home Health Aide (HHA) experience required.
  • Punctuality and good attendance record.
