About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neurological Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner. As a key member of our residential programs, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with brain injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and other outings.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and maintain responsible driving behaviors.
  • Competence in writing, planning, organization, and documentation, as well as time management skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.
  • The ability to demonstrate positive client interaction skills is essential.
