Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician at One Medical, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing a patient panel, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless care. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
  • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
Requirements
  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
  • Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
  • State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date
