Pkaza LLC is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Commissioning Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for managing the overall commissioning process in the region, ensuring that commissioning experts follow industry standards and adhere to a thorough quality management process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple CxA Projects in the region as a Program Manager, overseeing a team of commissioning engineers and CxA project managers on a wide range of data center CxA projects.
  • Ensure CxA standards are being followed for equipment pre-start-up and start-up procedures, development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and methods of procedures (MOPs), and comprehensive commissioning documentation.
  • Ensure that the overall CxA process is being followed with the highest of standards, including commissioning test procedures and reports, commissioning logs, equipment checklist, and other tools to track commissioning projects.
  • Develop comprehensive reports that include recommendations for optimizing building operations, functional checklists, lists of deficiencies, equipment operation, and maintenance manuals.
  • Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation pertinent to commissioning, and ensure that the team follows CxA standards.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors, and owners' agents as needed, and execute project assignments, interact with all facets of the company, including engineering and design.
  • Verify CxA results of test reports and assist with field troubleshooting of commissioned equipment as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in the Electrical/Mechanical Commissioning Field.
  • Bachelor's/Associates Degree as an Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer a plus.
  • A/E experience working in complex facilities or mission-critical projects.
  • Previous Data Center/Mission Critical experience a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Level 1-5 commissioning.
  • Experience managing CxA teams and developing plans for large-scale commissioning projects.
  • Experience with IEEE/ASHRAE procedures and protocols a plus.
  • Possess basic knowledge of systems design for various projects.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the Military/Military veterans in all branches that have experience with Electrical/Mechanical is a huge plus.
