We are seeking a passionate and energetic Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our best-in-class curriculum to small groups of children in a non-competitive and educational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and motivating classes while connecting and challenging each child to develop their skills.
- Create a fun and safe learning environment for all children in the program.
- Use positive reinforcement and specific labeled praise to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
- Act as a positive role model for children by exemplifying good sportsmanship and a positive attitude.
- Manage a group of children aged 1 to 12 years old.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular feedback on their child's progress.
- Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring that all necessary tools are available for classes.
- Effectively and clearly communicate any programming issues to the home office.
- Show up on time, every time.
- Possession of a positive mindset with a desire to have fun while teaching.
- Strong oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Open to feedback.
- Desire to improve by attending regular training and following the Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
- At least 18 years old or older.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to arrive early to set up for classes.
- No soccer experience needed (but definitely helpful).
- Must be able to pass a background check.
