Youth Flag Football Referee

Are you passionate about sports and working with kids? Do you have a strong understanding of rules and regulations? We are seeking a Youth Flag Football Referee to join our team at i9 Sports - North Seattle/Snohomish, WA.

The Referee is a critical role on any sports field, responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.

• Enforce the i9 Sports rule books to ensure a fun, learning, and safe environment for all players.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Keep time and score during the game, manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience as a player, coach, or referee is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems.
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.
