About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Treatment Program Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
  • Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address areas requiring attention.
  • Establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
  • Provide therapy interventions using evidence-based protocols and techniques.
  • Develop and administer treatment plans with realistic and achievable goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Certifications: BLS, CPR.
  • Active state license.
