About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with system engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to define test objectives, requirements, and strategies.
  • Develop Comprehensive Test Plans: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Execute Test Plans and Document Results: Conduct thorough testing and document test results, including defects and issues encountered during testing.
  • Identify and Troubleshoot Issues: Analyze and resolve system integration issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in Design Reviews and Technical Meetings: Contribute to system design reviews, code inspections, and other technical meetings to provide input and ensure testability and quality of the system.
  • Conduct Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and updates.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Best Practices: Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to testing and integration.
  • Contribute to Process Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing and integration process.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree and 9+ Years of Experience or relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven Experience in Software Testing and Integration in a complex systems environment
  • Knowledge of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, and Best Practices
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle Processes and Methodologies
  • Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking Tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
  • Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to Work Independently and Manage Multiple Tasks and Priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Working Knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Familiarity with GEOINT Ground Systems a Plus
