Drive Service Delivery & Business Development:
- Generate demand by engaging with active accounts and identifying new opportunities.
- Work to meet and exceed monthly revenue and volume targets.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts to transition from transactional to committed business.
- Analyze market conditions to make informed decisions.
- Ensure quality execution of expectations, swiftly addressing issues and implementing solutions.
- Manage pricing strategies based on customer buying patterns and C.H. Robinson's role in their supply chain.
- Oversee customer-facing operational tasks, including quoting and shipment activation.
- Utilize effective negotiation strategies when discussing pricing and services.
- Handle conflicts and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism.
- Enhance customer experience through proactive quality control measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and expectations.
- Leverage technology to improve operational efficiencies.
- Ensure timely invoicing by understanding payment terms and processes.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures to manage customer accounts effectively.
- Maintain a minimum portfolio size of existing customers by volume and revenue.

- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
