Contract Duration: 12 months

Location: Onsite

Role Summary:

We are in search of a knowledgeable and proficient EBS HRMS Technical Consultant to become a vital part of our team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in the technical deployment, customization, and ongoing support of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, ensuring the effective application of HR technology to fulfill the organization's human resources objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Customization and Configuration: Tailor and set up Oracle EBS HRMS modules to correspond with the organization's HR processes and policies. Maintain HRMS configurations, including position structures and organizational hierarchies.
  2. Integration Management: Design and execute integrations between Oracle HRMS and other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Technical Development: Create and implement custom solutions, reports, and interfaces to meet specific HRMS needs, utilizing Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow.
  4. Data Migration: Strategize and carry out data migration activities related to HR data, ensuring a seamless transition and data integrity, while validating and cleansing data during these processes.
  5. HR Analytics and Reporting: Design and produce custom reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher or other reporting tools, implementing solutions for HR data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  6. Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance the performance of HRMS applications by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, while monitoring system performance and implementing necessary improvements.
  7. User Training and Support: Provide technical assistance to HRMS end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and conducting training sessions for HR and IT teams on new features and system updates.
  8. Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for HRMS customizations, configurations, and development efforts, ensuring that documentation is current with changes and enhancements.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an EBS HRMS Technical Consultant or in a similar capacity, with a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules and their technical architecture. Proficiency in Oracle development tools, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow, along with a strong grasp of HR business processes and data structures, is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Certification is a plus.
