Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team. As an LPN at Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting (preferred)
- BLS Certification (preferred)
- RN (preferred)
