Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care as an LPN
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental wellbeing
  • Perform intakes and document health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts
  • Administer and verify medications
  • Maintain medical supplies and contribute to a safe environment
  • Assist with IV setup, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Follow and adhere to care plans for residents
  • Support medical staff with orientation and training
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as an LPN
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an LPN or related role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
