Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor/Sales Representative to join our team at Delta World Tire Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Service: Sell and promote all products and services offered by Delta World Tire Company, following company standards and expectations.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone, using standardized customer service techniques.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
  • Recommendations: Recommend services according to your level of knowledge, clearly communicate additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer, and properly document all recommendations in the customer file.
  • Quote and Follow-up: Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and follow up with customers throughout the day to ensure satisfaction.
  • Post-Service Follow-up: Conduct follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction for all individual customers.
  • Return and Warranty Tracking: Track all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
  • Availability: Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
