Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director, Guest Care to lead our Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs and develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with our company's objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead a team of managers, analysts, and specialists to capture, analyze, and utilize customer feedback.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in customer experience management, marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
