We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Customer Service Representative to join our Billing team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payments and billing customers with unparalleled service.
Key Responsibilities- Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and verify all documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Make outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate with sales teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers regarding billing and payment concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other sales support departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Accounting to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate billing and process issues as needed.
- Availability to work 8am - 5pm.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Desire to contribute to the growth and success of Total Quality Logistics.
- Demonstrated exceptional punctuality and organizational skills.
