About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Customer Service Representative to join our Billing team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payments and billing customers with unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and verify all documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Make outbound calls to resolve paperwork issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with sales teams and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales support departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Accounting to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate billing and process issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Availability to work 8am - 5pm.
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Desire to contribute to the growth and success of Total Quality Logistics.
  • Demonstrated exceptional punctuality and organizational skills.
