Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to oversee all facets of maintenance, installation, testing, and enhancements of equipment, facilities, grounds, and utilities. This includes:

  • Planning, executing, and monitoring comprehensive facility maintenance programs, encompassing construction and repair.
  • Supervising facility personnel and contractors in their assigned duties.
  • Conducting technical evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of infrastructures, facilities, and physical plants.
  • Ensuring that all work complies with applicable guidelines and established practices.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will give candidates an edge:

  • A proven track record of excellent attendance.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
  • Over 6 years of experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
