Job Title: Licensed Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Nurse to join our team at Fairfield Village. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents and supporting the well-being of our staff.

  • Plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Supervise and guide staff providing direct care, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Incorporate the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in the state employed and in good standing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language
  • Experience in the delivery of health services, with a focus on leadership and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work with the elderly and demonstrate empathy and compassion
