Responsibilities
We offer a competitive salary and up to a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. As a Patient Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional patient care by conducting hourly rounds, checking vitals, and assisting with hygiene needs.
  • Assisting patients with ambulation, including helping them reach their rooms, walk to the bathroom, or down the hall.
  • Helping the bedside nurse with tasks such as tube insertions, wound checks, and dressing changes.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum age of 16 years.
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE 75-HOUR STATE-APPROVED NURSING ASSISTANT COURSE.
  • An active Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing in Nebraska.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.

Estimated Salary:$40,000 - $60,000 per year
