Position Overview:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis within the Global Corporate Planning team.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting business analysis, generating reports, identifying key trends, and providing strategic recommendations to management to help achieve our financial and operational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver budget, forecast, and mid-range planning support for global divisions as a financial business partner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and review comprehensive Budget/Forecast submissions.
- Analyze financial data and provide insightful recommendations while challenging underlying assumptions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy at both the cost center and consolidated function levels.
- Develop presentation materials for Budget discussions and monthly financial reporting.
- Lead monthly financial review meetings with budget owners, proactively identifying factors that may impact the global division forecast.
- Conduct general ledger analysis and collaborate with the purchasing team to prepare monthly journal entries for the Accounting Department.
- Support the annual budgeting process, mid-range planning, and quarterly/monthly forecasting activities.
- Generate thoughtful analyses and deliver key insights to support strategic decision-making, including ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling (e.g., gap and trend analysis, risk assessments, ROI calculations).
- Prepare consolidated reports for headcount, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and other key performance indicators.
- Act as a liaison between regional business teams and global/regional Corporate Planning, Accounting, and Finance teams.

- Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure month-end results are clearly communicated and data is shared collaboratively.

- Recommend process improvements to automate reporting and enhance efficiency. Support globalization initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities across various organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Proactive approach and ownership of tasks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet ambitious deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to assist with diverse tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Keen interest in the internet and media & entertainment sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with SAP, Workday, and/or Adaptive software is a plus.
