Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Floor Cleaning Specialist to join our team in Rosemont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent carpet and upholstery cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and upholstery cleaning machines.
  • Apply cleaning agents to carpets and upholstery according to manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Ensure the proper treatment of carpets and upholstery to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
  • Inspect carpets and upholstery for damage before and after cleaning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
  • Complete job documentation, including before and after photos, and service reports.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
  • Continuously learn about new cleaning techniques and products.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning agents and proper cleaning techniques.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work on feet for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
