The products are sold worldwide and are very popular among connoisseurs of sophisticated cooking and cuisine culture. The North American division is solely owned by the headquarters in France and operates as their exclusive importer and distributor in North America.

• Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday – Friday

Overview The Operations Generalist will be responsible for executing on a wide array of company-wide tasks that flow through the Operations team at Vision. The person in this role will have an opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales & Marketing, and Customer Service for US and Canada based customers/partners, and possibly with headquarters in France.  Qualifications 

• Required: operate an electric walk behind stacker: 1 year experience required
• Proficient- reading, writing, speaking, English and Spanish
• Must be good on the computer
• Ability to work a scanner
• Positive personality, self-motivated
• Enjoys multi-tasking and being involved in various projects at once

Responsibilities in Logistics
 

• Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday – Friday
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Observe and follow safety rules as prescribed by the safety policies
• Completes an expected amount of work based on time studies in accordance with schedule
• Able to operate all necessary equipment in a proficient manner
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and checking for accuracy, packing boxes and placing orders in the delivery area
• Process shipping labels for UPS, FedEx and other carriers
• Load trucks for shipment
• Unload shipping containers and trucks, check material in and report discrepancies, put stock in proper locations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing the warehouse for orderliness and sweeping of the floor daily
• Perform cycle count inventory
• Assist in other warehouse functions after provided cross training
• Follow company’s policies and procedures
• Will be required to occasional lift up to 50lbs, and will frequently lift up to 25lbs such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area
• All other duties as assigned

 
 
Customer Service Responsibilities
 

• Aid B2B and B2C customers in Company Support box, phone calls and emails giving Information about products and trouble shooting tips. Customers are located in the US and Canada. Knowledge of French not required but would be a plus.

 

• Speak Spanish to team in warehouse and to few customers on the phone/email.

 

• Enter Orders assuring that all enteries are correct.

 

• Processing returns and credits.

 

• Maintaining Inventory on customers portals.

 

• Assist in other responsblities assigned by operation manager.

 

• Experience with computers and B2B customer portals.

System Knoweldge

• AX Microsoft Dynamics preferred
• Amazon and online customer portals
• Zammad customer service email portal
