About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at MVP Health Care. As a key member of our production support team, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolving production support issues across multiple digital platforms
  • Participating in Scrum/Agile activities, including daily stand-up meetings, grooming sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Performing code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members
  • Demonstrating leadership and accountability for achieving team delivery goals
  • Recommending and driving team process improvements
  • Leading and coaching team members through technical implementations
  • Demonstrating coding best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 5+ years' experience with ETL (e.g., Informatica, SSIS)
  • 5+ years' experience with SQL Server
  • Experience with application and workflow orchestration (e.g., Control-M, ActiveBatch)
  • Experience with code version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN, TFVC) and branching strategies
