Job Summary

A Regional Clinic Manager (RCM) provides strategic leadership, communication, and guidance to physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff in assigned clinics, promoting the values and mission of Forefront Dermatology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational excellence and deliver a patient experience resulting in high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance reports to ensure clinic-level economic profitability and growth.
  • Act as primary communication liaison between Support Services and clinics, including corporate policy and procedural changes.
  • Oversee clinic staffing functions, working with Human Resources on candidate selection, interviewing, performance evaluations, and discipline and development.
  • Effectively manage multiple clinics via on-site and remote management, requiring travel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Two years of work experience in dermatology or five years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent team leadership experience in healthcare.
  • Current state certifications, licenses, and/or registrations.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Familiarity with computers and healthcare software, including Electronic Medical Record systems, patient scheduling programs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
