Compensation: $15 per hour
Work Schedule: 5 - 7 hour shifts

The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation, the philanthropic branch of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club, is in search of a reliable, energetic, and driven individual to manage the sale of 50/50 Raffle tickets throughout the season. Each home game offers a chance for one fortunate fan to win half of the net proceeds, while the remaining funds support the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation's mission to enhance the lives of children in need within our community.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage raffle ticket sales using electronic handheld devices and/or tablets.
  • Engage actively with fans to encourage participation in the Raffle at various locations within the ballpark.
  • Inform fans about the rules and procedures of the 50/50 Raffle program.
  • Handle cash transactions and distribute Raffle tickets accurately.
  • Ensure responsible cash deposits at the conclusion of each shift.
  • Provide information about the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation, the non-profit beneficiary of the 50/50 Raffle program, including its mission and initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • GED/High School Diploma is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous.
  • Excellent cash handling skills are essential.
  • Must be a responsible, motivated individual with a competitive edge.
  • Ability to positively interact with a diverse fan base and engage all guests actively.
  • Comfortable using technology (e.g., handheld electronic devices).
  • Availability to work irregular hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to working a minimum of seven (7) Rangers home games each month during the season.
  • Basic understanding of baseball etiquette and timing is beneficial.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk up ramps and stairs, stoop, kneel, and crouch for up to 5-7 hours.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
  • Must successfully pass a drug test, background check, and credit check.
