Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed to promote independence and dignity for our clients. Our team of experienced caregivers work closely with residents to develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs and goals.
Your Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to 6 clients during morning or evening shifts, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the planning and organization of daily activities in small, stable residential groups, promoting socialization and engagement.
- Organize outings and participate in local events, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.
- Deliver both pedagogical and nursing care, taking the time to understand and address the unique needs of each resident.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in care delivery.
