Job Title: Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise in critical care will be essential in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current State License.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years required.
  • Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment required.
  • CCRN preferred.
  • Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred.
  • Associate's Degree or BSN required.
Work Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse.
