We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our Burn Trauma Unit at UCHealth. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide top-notch patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a technically complex environment, including Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) level of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
