The Vice President of Account Management will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue delivery across multiple investment teams and partner agencies. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President and will be part of the Account Management & Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with activation, Publicis internal sales, and partner agency leads, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies and accounts.
- Liaison and Communication: Facilitate effective communication between teams to maximize procedural efficiencies and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Client Onboarding: Work with Publicis internal sales to confirm new client onboarding details and ensure clear agreement on contractual agreements, billing timelines, and Salesforce.
- Process Improvement: Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement within workflow processes and communication protocols, and implement solutions to enhance team performance.
- Account Management: Become the main contact for APEX Account Management team, providing escalation support and guidance to activation, internal sales, and partner agency leads.
- Client Goals and Pacing: Manage Salesforce dashboards for multiple high-profile accounts to ensure goal delivery, including achieving budget goals, media performance, and media savings/value.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Contribute to the evolution of Salesforce/Dashboards to improve user experience, and partner with finance to monitor billing and ensure cleared/billed invoices remain within client-approved timelines.
- Technical Skills: 10+ years of experience in media, with a deep understanding of media investment and financial skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take accountability, empower others, and provide recognition and feedback.
