We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our collaborative and compassionate group of caregivers at PeaceHealth Santa Clara Clinic. As a primary care provider, you will work directly with a team of clinicians to provide evidence-based care in a medical home model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in family medicine and internal medicine

- A highly competitive salary: $271,929 per year (based on 1.0 FTE)

Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution

- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license prior to hire)
