About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled physician to join our team in Oregon. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that's focused on driving population health initiatives nationally. You'll work alongside experienced physicians who will mentor and support you as you learn how to operate and thrive in a value-based care model.

Responsibilities:
- Develop your skills and expertise in a value-based care model
- Enhance your experience with our customized program, which can be completed virtually and requires just a few hours of commitment per month
- Grow your exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings
- Mentorship from experienced physicians within your future practice

Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O.
- PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family or Internal Medicine Residency
- Desire to practice outpatient care in one of the following areas post-residency: Canby or Eugene, OR

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year
