Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sturgeon Bay Health Services. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of their plan of care.
  • Manage the environment to maintain resident safety and supervise the performance of nursing assistants.
  • Follow all Center policies and procedures, and perform duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State as an LPN.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Able to use necessary supplies and equipment, including feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, and medication carts.
  • Able to calculate drug dosage.
  • Meets all health requirements imposed by law.
  • Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other center staff.
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
