About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Wraparound Facilitator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth and families in Riverside County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings, ensuring a family-centered, individualized, strengths-based, and outcome-focused approach.
  • Provide assessment of client and family needs, leading the team in providing treatment to support families in meeting their goals.
  • Collaborate with county and community partners, including county social workers, probation officers, outside therapists, psychiatrists, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Complete mental health notes, Family Team Meeting notes, Wrap Action Plan, incident reports, and other documentation in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Intervene with clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis management as needed.
  • Attend team meetings, weekly trainings, individual supervision, and group supervision.
  • Adhere to clinical best practices and complete clinical documentation appropriate to the MHRS credential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree + 2 years' experience working with children/youth and families with complex and enduring needs in a mental health setting.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
  • Own vehicle and current automobile insurance.
  • Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or an HR-approved medical/religious exemption.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Eligible for or be MHRS certified.
  • Experience implementing family-focused wraparound services.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).

  • Starting at $30.99 to $33.49 per hour, actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role.
