Pilgrim's is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Maintenance Team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical systems, maintaining electrical equipment, and assisting in the installation of new control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Maintain electrical equipment through regular preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Assist in the installation of new control systems and electrical processes.
  • Research and develop improved electrical processes and controls.
  • Identify and resolve electrical system weaknesses and develop solutions.
  • Train operators and maintenance technicians on electrical equipment operations and troubleshooting.
  • Assist maintenance personnel in maintaining an efficient production operation.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Electrician License or Journeyman's Electrician License with industrial electrical experience.
  • Extensive schematic reading capability.
  • Any and all other electrical certifications, including technical college and/or manufacturing certifications.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of documented experience.
