Job Summary

The Home Health Nurse, RN Weekend Option is responsible for administering skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional nursing service. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides comfort to patient/family to facilitate quality of life and death with dignity.
  • Maintains current electronic documentation and downloads daily.
  • Ensures that the physician and/or Hospice Medical Director is involved ongoing with the patient's care.
  • Creates positive experiences for internal and external customers that will meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse, in good standing in North Carolina.
  • Prefer Home Health/Hospice Experience.
  • Preferred minimum of one year experience in Acute Care Setting.
  • Current CPR.
