We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Technicians at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services.

Job Summary

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral needs, daily living skills, social skills, and community skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA clinician
  • Work one-on-one with children to promote positive behavioral change
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for children
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (for Pennsylvania applicants)
