Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the development and manufacturing of immunoassay products in the Biomarker Immunoassay group. The Research Associate will work closely with experienced scientists to design, test, and launch new products, including hybridoma clones and raw materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immunology and experience with functional assays. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced biotech environment and contribute to the development of innovative products that make a real difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute development tasks, including evaluating antibodies, proteins, and screening antibody pairs
• Optimize assay conditions and troubleshoot issues
• Document development activity and production records following SOPs and design plans
• Work with manufacturers and QC groups to ensure proper production transfer and QC
• Support manufacturing and QC, assist in trouble-shooting and raw material qualification
• Assist with customer support by performing trouble-shooting experiments when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• 1 year of hands-on experience with immunoassays or other functional assays
• Working experience in a manufacturing or product development setting in compliance with ISO9001/ISO14835 standards
