Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store, ensuring seamless execution of sales and customer service strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements.
  • Foster a positive store culture, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment for employees and customers.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels, control inventory and cash shrink, and ensure compliance with AT&T and Company requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and feedback to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge, and ensure store operations are aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure an extraordinary customer experience, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
  • Two plus years of retail wireless management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry, with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and wireless retail systems, with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
  • Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change, inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork.
