Qualifications

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience with leadership duties.
    • At least 3 years of experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
    • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities.
    • Proven track record in leadership and effective time management.
    • Completion of CPR and First Aid training.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Experience with SAP and inventory management systems.
    • Previous leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
    • Over 10 years of experience in logistics operations.
    • Advanced understanding of business information systems.
    • At least 2 years of experience with SAP EWM.

Work Environment

  • Environmental Considerations:
    • The Fulfillment Center functions as a hub for storage and distribution of various supplies. The facility is equipped with pallet storage systems, conveyor belts, and other handling equipment, with safety gear provided as necessary.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance. The role requires significant walking, standing, sitting, and computer usage.
  • Travel and Availability:
    • Occasional travel may be required for meetings and as part of an on-call rotation for security and emergency situations.
