Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest service by being friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist.
  • Follow property personal appearance standards, be well-groomed, and in uniform.
  • Conduct yourself professionally and collaboratively with guests and fellow associates.
  • Use resources properly, complete all assignments methodically and promptly without losing attention to details.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized, and report any deficiencies promptly to your Supervisor.
  • Report unsafe work conditions or practices and safety or security violations in accordance with company policy.
  • Cooperate with other associates and supervisors to create a positive work environment.
  • Support team efforts through carrying out responsibilities in a constructive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Previous high volume serving experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be 18 years old as required in compliance with State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to service of alcoholic beverages.
