We are seeking an experienced Applied Scientist to join our Fashion Tech team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying scalable machine learning solutions to provide personalized fit and size recommendations to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Tackle complex problems in machine learning and drive full life-cycle ML and GenAI projects.
- Build and deploy machine learning models, perform proof-of-concept, experiment, optimize, and deploy your models into production.
- Run A/B experiments, gather data, and perform statistical tests.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data mining, machine-learning model development, model validation, and serving.
- Work closely with software engineers and product managers to assist in productizing your ML models.
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or related languages.
- Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
- Experience using Unix/Linux.
- Experience in professional software development.
