About the Role

Tower Loan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Manager Development Program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and marketing, finance, and operations.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the tools and expertise needed to succeed in this role. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop long-term customer relationships, promote additional products, and assist the Branch Manager in exceeding established branch goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become proficient in customer service, sales, and marketing, finance, and operations
  • Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service via phone and in-person
  • Promote additional products to best serve new and existing customers
  • Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements
  • Assist the Branch Manager to exceed established branch goals
  • Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents
Requirements
  • High School degree or equivalent certification
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management; your preference of relocation is considered, but not guaranteed

Compensation and Benefits

Earnings are based on a 45-hour workweek. During training, you can expect an average annual earnings of $38,285, plus uncapped bonus potential. After training, your average annual earnings and bonus can range from $60,000 to $80,000.

We offer a comprehensive benefit package, including skill development and growth opportunities, complete position-based training program, coaching and mentorship, strong hire-from-within policy, competitive salary, and unlimited earning potential.

Work Hours and Environment

The work day begins at 8:15 am, Monday through Friday. Overtime and working Saturdays may be required based on operational needs. As an MT, you will work an average of 45 hours every week, with extended office hours varying based on the size of the branch.
