Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who is customer-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on product and project management. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in marketing project development and execution. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to achieve ambitious lead generation and branding objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee marketing initiatives and personnel across Medical, Commercial, and Defense consulting sectors.
  • Direct marketing projects and teams related to the Value-Added Reselling of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and department heads to formulate strategies and implement marketing activities.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to establish, track, and report on marketing metrics aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Supervise web development efforts, including the creation of new pages and content updates.
  • Manage social media and other digital communication platforms.
  • Lead the development of written materials such as press releases, case studies, datasheets, and whitepapers to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate trade shows and events, including strategy development, sponsorship maximization, and securing speaking opportunities.
  • Oversee internal branding efforts related to communications and facility aesthetics.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff in content creation and event coordination.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven ability to create impactful content, including white papers and presentations.
  • Experience in managing website content and coordinating digital postings.
  • Capability to produce customer-facing content that reflects the communication style of Boston Engineering.
  • Experience in managing trade show logistics and leading social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with developing and executing inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, preferably in consulting.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and Adobe Suite is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to learning and applying new marketing strategies.
