About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Rural King. As a key member of our store's small engine repair shop, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the small engine repair shop, including processing work orders, ordering parts, and filing warranty claims.
  • Provide high-quality repair services to customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
  • Initiate sales and service opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the safety of equipment and tools, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
