Job Description

At Firehouse Subs - Tallahassee 3, we're looking for a skilled Team Member to join our team. As a key player in our restaurant's daily success, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to our guests with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu and products to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform other restaurant functions as needed, such as cashiering or cleaning, under the direction of management.
