Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Talnt. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test equipment and machinery to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent education/experience in production maintenance.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing with strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and PLCs.
  • Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and product manuals, as well as experience with machine setup, installation, and troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform job duties, including lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high temperatures and moving machinery.
