Job Summary:

As an Industrial Automation Specialist at Applied Industrial Technologies, you will be responsible for providing expert-level service and support for industrial control systems, including SCADA systems, PLC programming, and CAD drawings. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our customers' industrial processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform field maintenance, installation, and repair of instrumentation and control systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with industrial control systems, including SCADA systems and PLC programming
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of industrial control systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in industrial automation and control systems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field
1-3+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems
Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, PLC programming, and CAD drawings
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

This role will require frequent travel to customer sites, with occasional overnight stays. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support.
