Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medical care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic first aid.
- Help patients maintain good personal hygiene and assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Document patient care and progress, maintaining accurate and thorough records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Current, unrestricted certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
