  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. Provide detailed reports on test execution and defect status.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the testing process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all testing activities adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements specific to the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking sectors.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to the testing process, tools, and techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of the testing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking domains.
  • Strong knowledge of functional testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or TestRail.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP/UFT, or Test Complete.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
