POSITION SUMMARY:
An Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) Supervisor is responsible for the overall business management and strategic planning for a designated IBS location within a major account.
The IBS Supervisor works closely with the Regional Manager to source necessary parts and supplies to ensure adequate operational capacity for the major account.
This role is accountable for the IBS location's operations, fostering long-term relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive return on investment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and nurture a strong relationship with the customer/account.
Develop a cohesive and effective team.
Oversee all inventory management; maintain parts/product consignments at client site(s).
Guarantee that all client personnel receive courteous and efficient service.
Manage required documentation, cost controls, and financial oversight.
Comprehend client operations, mission, and how long-term strategies influence parts/supply needs.
Identify opportunities to enhance profitability and success of client consignment accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
GED is required.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to consistently meet quotas and achieve goals.
Strong decision-making skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the work shift.
Capable of lifting merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
Able to maneuver heavy equipment using appropriate aids.
Effective verbal communication and attentive listening skills.
