Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled occupational therapist to support our customer service and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a think-outside-the-box mentality, and the ability to create engaging educational content. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and marketing savvy, with a focus on driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct calls with customers and partners to discuss product needs, demonstrate products, and provide recommendations.
  • Develop compelling written content, including:
    • Blog posts and articles on related therapy topics.
    • Product descriptions and website content.
    • Activities and downloadable resources (e.g., worksheets, flashcards, educational guides, eBooks, etc.)
  • Create helpful video content for social media platforms, including how-to product demonstrations.
  • Manage exciting educational initiatives for customers, such as webinars and seminars.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide expert advice on therapy-related topics.
  • Participate in product development and feedback sessions to ensure product effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry professionals and organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to ensure content accuracy.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a licensed occupational therapist or certified occupational therapy assistant.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with content creation and marketing principles.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel and/or participate in marketing opportunities as needed, such as conferences.
